Disney bands & Cards – Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
What do the lights on my Disney Band mean?
A:
Your Disney Band uses flashing colors to communicate. Each color and animation means something different. For example:
- A flashing blue light indicates that the Disney Band is ready to pair to a device.
- A spinning white circle indicates that you are near a Disney Band experience.
Your Disney Band can also communicate battery status.
A flashing red light—or no flashing light at all—indicates that there is no power in your battery. You should charge your band at your earliest convenience. When charging, if you don't see the band begin to light up after 20 minutes, reattach the charger and make sure you feel the charger snap into place.
A flashing yellow light indicates a low battery. Continue charging your band until green for the most optimal usage duration throughout your day.
A flashing green light indicates a high battery. You are good to go!
A Helpful Tip
To conserve your band's battery life, simply keep it turned off and then power it back on when you want to access all of its features. Turn your band off by pressing and holding the button on the back of the band for 6 seconds, until it buzzes twice. The lights will glow red to indicate the band has powered off.
