Recycling bins can be found in the theme parks, water parks, Resort hotels and at Disney Springs.

The following items are acceptable in recycling bins:

• Plastic bottles
• Plastic cups
• Plastic containers
• Aluminum cans
• Milk and juice cartons
• Paper—including guide maps

Please empty any remaining liquid and food contents before placing items into recycling bins.

The following items are not acceptable in recycling bins and should be placed in trash bins:

• Food and liquids
• Paper cups and paper straws
• Napkins, paper towels and wet wipes
• Plastic utensils and paper plates, bowls and boats
• Snack bags and wrappers
• Popcorn boxes
• Packaged condiments and condiment cups
• Zip seal plastic bags

• When shopping, consider purchasing a reusable merchandise bag at checkout. You may also decline a bag if you do not need one.
• Use your Disney Resort Refillable Mug at self-serve beverage stations located in Disney Resort hotels throughout your stay. You can also purchase different Refillable Mugs at the water parks.
• Bring a reusable water bottle and refill it at water fountains and water refill stations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
