Know Before You Go

  • Reservations

    Call at (407) 934-4772 or toll-free at (866) 678-1322 for more information or to make a reservation. You may also make a spa reservation online. Walk-ins will be accepted as space allows. A credit card is required to make your appointment.

  • Check-In

    Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few moments to enjoy the spa facilities. To maintain the serenity of the environment, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next Guest.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations are accepted 4 hours in advance of appointment time to avoid a fee. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of the published price of each service.

  • Prices and Service Charge

    Prices and services are subject to change without notice. For your convenience, a 20% service charge, in lieu of gratuity, will be automatically added to you final bill. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.

    Note: This location does not accept MagicBands as a form of payment.

  • Valuables

    For the safety of your valuable items, we suggest you leave all jewelry and money in the safe provided in your hotel room. The spa will not assume any liability for valuables.

  • Minimum Age Requirements

    Spa Guests are required to be 18 years or older to receive treatments or utilize the facilities. Guests under the age of 18 receiving a teen or kid treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all services. Swimsuits are required.   • Weddings/Group Bookings

    We welcome groups small and large. Our Spa Group Coordinator can help plan the details of your luxurious outing. To book spa treatments for a group, please call (407) 934-4772.

  • Spa Gift Cards

    Gift Cards are available for all services, spa packages, or a dollar amount and are packaged in an attractive envelope ready for presentation.

  • Discounts

    Please note that special discounts associated with Disney products or services will not be applicable at Mandara Spa.
