Disney Vacation Club Resorts offer laundry and housekeeping services.

The laundry room for Guests staying in the Villas is located on the first floor in Moorea. There are also dry-cleaning and valet laundry services available. Note: Daily housekeeping service is not provided for Members.

Trash & Towel Service

For stays of 7 or less nights, Trash & Towel Service is provided on day 4, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both.

With Trash & Towel service, Housekeeping will:

• Empty trash and replace liners in trash bins
• Provide fresh bathroom linens
• Replace bath amenities as needed
• Replenish facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper
• Replenish coffee, sugar, cream and sweeteners

For stays of 8 or more nights, Full Cleaning Service is provided on day 4 and Trash & Towel Service is provided on day 8, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both. This process repeats for stays longer than 8 days.

With Full-Cleaning service, Housekeeping will provide everything included with the Trash & Towel Service, plus:

• Change the bed linens; vacuum and dust
• Clean the bathroom(s), kitchen/kitchenette and wash any dishes

Rental Guests (non-Members or Disney Vacation Club Members not booking through Membership) receive Full Cleaning Services every day.

For all of the above, additional Housekeeping Services may be purchased.

Additional Housekeeping Service Daily Rates:

• Full Cleaning Service for Deluxe Studio – $30 per day requested
• Full Cleaning Service for Bungalow – $60 per day requested
• Trash & Towel Service for Deluxe Studio – $15 per day requested
• Trash & Towel Service for Bungalow – $25 per day requested

Note: Additional Housekeeping services may be requested with at least a 24-hour notice.

Cost for Extra Amenities and Services for Members (Pay As You Play):

• Soap Package – $5.00 (1 facial soap, 1 bath soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 shower gel and 1 body lotion)
• Coffee Package – $3.00 (Regular and decaf coffee, sugar, artificial sweeteners and non-dairy creamers)
• Towel Package –$6.00 (5 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 5 wash cloths and 2 bath mats)
• Robes – $6.00 (2 robes, Bungalows only)
• Laundry Soap –$1.00 (1 individual box for 1 load of laundry)

(This cleaning fee will apply if the Member requests a room change for a different view or location after check-in):

• Deluxe Studio – $30
• Bungalow – $60

When you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, enjoy peace of mind knowing that your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort using Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your visit. If you are staying more than 8 nights, you will receive full cleaning service on the fourth day of your visit and trash and towel service on the eighth day of your visit.

For non-Disney Vacation Club Members, rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service.

At the Front Desk, you can mail postcards, letters and packages that you have already stamped, labeled and packed.

Stamps are available for purchase at BouTiki and Moana Mercantile. If you are expecting faxes, postal mail or packages during your stay, please advise those sending these items to clearly mark the communication with your name and room number (if possible). The Resort can accept packages for Guests staying or arriving at this Resort only.

You must board any pet traveling with you before arrival, but service animals defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome at the Resort.

For non-service animals, Walt Disney World Resort offers kennel services for day and overnight boarding to both day Guests and Resort Guests on a space-available basis. Reservations are suggested; call the location directly to book a spot.

Kennels are operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. The Best Friends facility at Walt Disney World Resort offers a wide variety of accommodations for your four-legged friends. Located on the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House, Moana Mercantile features snacks, sundries, groceries, liquors, beer, wine, gifts, children’s fashions, toys and Disney character merchandise.

The barbecue area will consist of 2 gas grills, a shade structure with tables and seating in the courtyard area between the Villas longhouses.
