In the event that you’re staying at a Resort hotel that does not feature its own in-room refrigerator or beverage cooler, please call housekeeping when you arrive and request to have one placed in your room (subject to availability).

Visiting our theme parks or water parks? Make the most of easy-to-find areas for storing your most vital items.

From emergency devices like epinephrine injectors to your special dietary requirements, multiple in-park locations are available for keeping important items cool while you enjoy some fun in the sun—including baby care centers in the theme parks and first aid centers in our water parks.

For assistance in finding the nearest location for keeping your important items cool, simply ask the nearest Cast Member upon entry into any of our parks!
