This full-service automotive facility offers auto repairs, roadside assistance and car rentals for Guests of Walt Disney World Resort.

Repair Services

The Car Care Center offers extensive car repair services. Guests wishing to have their cars serviced will be charged for repairs.

Monday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Complimentary Shuttle Service
The Care Center offers complimentary shuttle service to the Transportation and Ticket Center at Walt Disney World Resort, which offers complimentary transportation to the theme parks and Resort hotels.

Depending on availability, transportation to and from select Walt Disney World Resort hotels may also be arranged.

Roadside Assistance

Car Care One, a mobile service unit, provides basic roadside services to automobiles, SUVs and small trucks up to one hour after park closing. Please call (407) 824-0976 for assistance.

Services include:

Complimentary Towing Service to Car Care Center or, if the center is closed, to a destination within 3 miles of Walt Disney World Resort
Fuel Assistance
Battery Jump Start
Flat Tire Assistance, including inflation of flat tire
Winch Out (vehicle stuck in mud)

Guests requiring help more than one hour after park closing should reach out to Resort security for support.

Car Rentals

Guests interested in exploring Orlando, Florida and the surrounding areas are invited to rent a car through one of our preferred car rental partners: Enterprise, Alamo and National.

The car rental facility is located near Magic Kingdom park and offers a convenient, complimentary shuttle with door-to-door service from Disney Resort hotels to the facility. Shuttle service should be scheduled at least one hour in advance.

Book your vehicle online or call (407) 824-3470 to book or schedule a shuttle pick-up appointment. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
