For Guests who are not athletes or coaches participating in an event such as fans and spectators, an admission ticket is required for entrance into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Depending on the event, single-day tickets and length-of-event admission tickets may be available. See event-specific pricing and purchasing information. You can find our current list of upcoming events here.

All tickets must be purchased online at espnwwos.com or through the event’s organizers for events that require an admission ticket. It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets prior to arrival. There is no physical box office at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex however Guest Relations are available to assist with any ticketing questions.

Please note that certain events, such as separately ticketed events, may not administered by ESPN Wide World of Sports nor Walt Disney World Resort. Any ticket pricing is subject to change without notice.

Pets or other animals, except service animals, are prohibited. Pets are allowed only at designated pet friendly Disney Resort hotels.

Guests that have added on the Water Park and Sports option to their valid Annual Pass may obtain admission to any general admission event.

Please note that separately ticketed events may require additional an additional ticket purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

There is currently one ATM available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex located at the ESPN Clubhouse building just outside the main entrance. It can be located on the official ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex guide map or by asking a Cast Member.

Florida-based Cast Members have ESPN Wide World of Sports included on their Main Entrance Pass privileges for general admission events only. Cast Members must visit Guest Relations upon arrival and present their valid Blue ID and Main Entrance Pass to receive their complimentary tickets for entry.

Cast are entitled to one ticket for themselves, plus each guest included on their Main Entrance Pass benefit.

Florida-based third-party Operating Participants are eligible to receive complimentary tickets for ESPN Wide World of Sports general admission events only. Third-party staff are entitled to one ticket for themselves plus one guest with a valid green company ID. Cast must visit Guest Relations upon arrival to obtain tickets.

Coolers are prohibited at indoor venues, except for team coolers which must remain at the team bench. The Cooler Policy for outdoor venues is below:

• Guests and coaches may bring a single cooler for personal or team use.
• Coolers larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed.
• Loose or dry ice is not permitted in coolers. Re-usable ice packs are recommended.
• ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex reserves the right to limit the number of coolers and size based on potential obstruction for other Guests and safety.
• If you plan to bring a cooler into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, you may be asked to show the contents to a Cast Member who will inspect it for prohibited items such as glass containers and alcoholic beverages. Click here for a list of Prohibited Items at Walt Disney World Resort.
• Certain separately tickets events may not allow coolers. Please check with your specific event's organizers for full event rules.

At Walt Disney World Resort, we take great pride in providing choice and variety for Guests with special dietary requests. You can request to speak with a chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member at most table-service and select quick-service restaurants. In most cases, no advance arrangements are needed. While restaurants take reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.

For teams traveling in large groups, we can also accommodate most needs for team meals that require vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher options.

ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex offers several dining options for its event participants and spectators. Options include fast casual dining at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill, boxed lunches for teams, snack carts, concession stands and more. Not all dining options are available during all events as operating hours vary by season and event schedules.

The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill offers a variety of food and beverage menu options to our Guests, including:

• Burgers
• Assorted sandwiches
• Pizza
• Fresh salads
• Frozen novelties
• Assorted beverages

Concession stands and traveling food carts, located throughout ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, also offer a variety of options.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are accessible at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as the Walt Disney World Resort. AEDs may be used by any Cast Member or Guest in response to a cardiac emergency. No training or certification is required. The device will prompt the user with step-by-step verbal instructions. All AEDs deployed at Walt Disney World Resort are suitable for use on adults and children.

During most events, athletic trainers, provided by AdventHealth, are present at the complex and are able to respond to athlete injuries. They may also be available for preventative taping pre-event, subject to availability and other restrictions.

For the safety of all of the spectators and athletes, please be sure to adhere to the following rules regarding bringing flags to events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex:

• No flags of any kind that are larger than 3’ x 5’, regardless of how flag is intended to be carried, are permitted
• Flag poles cannot be longer than 4 feet or have a diameter of more than 4 inches
• No metal flag poles are permitted. Flag poles can be made of wood, plastic and/or PVC
• Flag poles must have rounded or flat ends. No decorative or sharp ends will be allowed

Any exceptions to the above policy will be directly communicated to the appropriate parties.

Merchandise locations can be found throughout ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during most events. You can find apparel, headwear and souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Hours vary based on event schedules.

Select events also offer print-on-demand apparel where you can customize items right on-site! The print-on-demand center is in The Athletic Center and across from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill.

A Nursing Room is available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex that is located inside The Stadium. To access the Nursing Room, please see an ESPN Wide World of Sports Cast Member.

Complimentary general parking is available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Premium parking may be available on select event dates for a fee. Please refer to your event specific information to see if premium parking is available.

Disability parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

In the event the complex’s parking lots fill to capacity, Guests will be directed to alternate parking locations.

Additionally, you can utilize Car Locator, a complimentary feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. It uses Location Services to find and save your parking details at select Walt Disney World Resort parking locations, including ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

To book a photographer, or to learn more about the photography services provided, please visit the Gameday Photos reservation page or email wdw.gameday.photo@disney.com.

Gameday Photos offers action photography services for certain events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. You can reserve a photographer to capture game play for an individual athlete or an entire team. Space is limited and guests who are interested should book in advance of their trip.

Gameday Photos can only guarantee reservations for competitions, games and matches that physically take place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Please check your schedules as soon as they are published to confirm event locations.

Additionally, Gameday Photos is a separate service from Disney Photopass. Photos taken by Gameday Photos are not included with the purchase of Memory Maker.

While many events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex are accessible with regular complex admission, separately ticketed events require an additional ticket purchase. The separate ticket purchase may not be administered by ESPN Wide World of Sports nor Walt Disney World Resort.

For select events taking place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Diamondplex or Sports Fields at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, teams will be able to drop off equipment in the designated drop-off zone for loading onto an equipment cart. One team representative must escort the equipment to the field. The equipment cart is for transportation of equipment only.

Ensure you team is well-fed by arranging team meals customized to your needs. Click here or email wdw.ewws.team.meals@disney.com to arrange team meals prior to your event. All orders must be received and paid for no less than 10 days prior to your requested pickup date.

You may bring your personal tent to events at the complex, however, you must adhere to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Tent Policy, which lists the following stipulations:

• Only pop-up style tents are allowed, however no stakes, ropes or weights are permitted.
• The tent can be no larger than 10’ wide x 10’ long.
• All tents must be removed from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the end of the day. No tents can be left overnight.
• Tents must be taken down during storms.
• ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is not responsible for damage to any personal tents.
• We reserve the right to require tents be taken down for visual obstruction, weather or blocking flow of traffic.
• Tents are not permitted to display any advertising or logos.

Get to all 220 acres of ESPN Wide World of Sports aboard the TramSporter Courtesy Carts, presented by Enterprise. Hop on and off at various points throughout the complex. Available only during select events.

The number of pick up locations will vary based on each event. You can identify available locations by finding TramSporter signs and banners or by asking your nearest Cast Member.

All Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and other event competition venues unless special transportation has been arranged specifically for your event.

In the event of inclement weather, including lightning, all competitions will be halted and all Guests will be directed by public address announcements and Disney Cast Members to appropriate shelter areas. Please refer to the rules or specific policies for your event.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel an event due to inclement weather.
