If you’ve lost an item while using Disney’s Magical Express service—complimentary motorcoach transportation between Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels—please call (866) 599-0951. Cast Members at this number can only help with items that are misplaced using Disney’s Magical Express service. Please use Chargerback for all other lost items.
