Did you lose an item during your visit to a Walt Disney World theme park, water park, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney Resort hotel or while using our Walt Disney World Resort transportation—including buses, monorails, watercraft and Disney Skyliner gondolas?

Walt Disney World Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Here’s how:

  1. Answer a short series of questions about your missing property and we’ll help you locate it.
  2. Check your email for a notification with your Lost Item claim number.
  3. Our team will continue to look for your item and provide an update via email within 48 hours.

We recognize that your item is important to you and will reach out if we believe we have found it—or need more information.

For Items Lost Using Disney’s Magical Express Service Only

If you’ve lost an item while using Disney’s Magical Express service—complimentary motorcoach transportation between Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels—please call (866) 599-0951. Cast Members at this number can only help with items that are misplaced using Disney’s Magical Express service. Please use Chargerback for all other lost items.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
