Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC)
Every location has its own policy, but after a specific length time, found items may get delivered to the Transportation & Ticket Center. It is located north of the Magic Kingdom parking lot and east of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The Transportation & Ticket Center can be accessed by ferryboat from Magic Kingdom park, by car or by all monorail lines.
Items found at theme parks and water parks are turned in to the specific park’s Lost and Found at Guest Relations. After the park closes, items are delivered to the Theme Parks Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Found items are turned in to Guest Relations at the Welcome Center in the Town Center. After 3 days, they are delivered to the Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Monorails and Magic Kingdom Park Watercraft
Items found on monorails and watercraft are kept on board until the end of the day and then are turned In to Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Sassagoula River Cruise
Items found on watercraft are turned in to Guest Relations at the Welcome Center, located in the Town Center at Disney Springs. Items found past operating hours will be taken to Lost and Found at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort and delivered to Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC) within 24 hours.
Walt Disney World Buses
Items found on buses are turned in to the nearest Guest Relations location at a theme park or Disney Springs. Items turned in to Guest Relations at a theme park will be delivered to the Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC) within 24 hours.
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
Items are turned in to—and remain at—Guest Services at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Items found at Resort hotels are turned in to the Lobby Concierge.
Disney’s Magical Express
If the item is lost for less than 30 minutes, please contact (866) 599-0951. If the item was lost for 30 minutes or more, please contact Mears Transportation Group at (407) 423-5566.
Highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses and cameras) are held for 90 days.
Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys and clothes) are held for 30 days.
