Locating a missing item depends on where the item might have been lost. Don't know where to start? Please go to any Lost and Found location for assistance?
Items found at theme parks and water parks are turned in to the specific park’s Lost and Found at Guest Relations. After the park closes, items are delivered to the Theme Parks Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Downtown Disney Area
Items are turned in to one of 3 Guest Relations locations throughout the Downtown Disney area. The next day, they are delivered to the Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Monorails, Watercraft and Resort Buses
Items found on monorails and watercraft are turned in to Guest Relations or the Lobby Concierge at the area they are servicing (e.g. Resort hotels, Downtown Disney area). The next day, they are delivered to the Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC).
Items found on Resort buses are turned in to the Lost and Found at the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC) the same day they are found.ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex
Items are turned in to—and remain at—Guest Services at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Items found at Resort hotels are turned in to the Lobby Concierge.
Disney’s Magical Express
If you are looking for an item lost within 30 minutes of having it, please call (866) 599-0951. Otherwise, please call Mears Transportation at (407) 423-5566.
Highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses and cameras) are held for 90 days.
Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys and clothes) are held for 30 days.
