Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

I wish to link a ticket to my Disney account, but I do not see the ID Number on my ticket. What should I do?

A.

Please double-check the ticket to be sure that it does not include the ID Number. Check both the front and the back.

Some tickets may not include the necessary information to link your ticket to your Disney account. To link these tickets, please visit the Guest Relations locations at the theme park Main Entrance or call us at (407) 939-1289. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Theme park tickets can be linked to your Disney account—including tickets with options such as the Park Hopper Option and Water Park Fun & More Option. In addition, water park tickets, special event tickets, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park tickets and Annual Passes can be linked to your Disney account.

If you purchased your theme park tickets before 2005, and they are still valid for admission, you may still be able to link them to your Disney account. If you have a valid ticket from before 2005, please ask for help at the Guest Relations location at the Main Entrance of our theme parks.
