What is the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, and how does it work?
A:
Florida residents can spread out the payments on a Walt Disney World Annual Pass—with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after the initial down payment.
This payment option is currently offered for all 4 types of Annual Passes.

Assuming all payments are made on time, the price is the same for Annual Passes purchased through the Monthly Payment Program as those paid in advance, in full.
How to Purchase
There are 2 ways Florida Residents can purchase an Annual Pass with the Monthly Payment Program:
- Purchase online
- Purchase in person at the ticket booth of any theme park in Walt Disney World Resort or at Disney Springs Guest Relations
This program is not available for Annual Pass purchases over the phone at this time. Contract purchaser must be able to provide valid proof of Florida residency and be at least 18 years of age.
Down Payment Information
Compare passes to view the minimum down payment for each Annual Pass.
For online purchases, only the required down payment will be accepted. You can make a larger down payment in person at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window.
Changes to Payment Method or Pay-Off Schedule
You can change the card used for your payments at any time by visiting a Walt Disney World Guest Relations location or by contacting Passholder Payment Services at (888) 701-4100. If you are issued a new card during the payment period, be sure to update your card on file.
You may pay off your balance in its entirety at any time without penalty by calling Passholder Payment Services at (888) 701-4100. You can also pay at the ticket booth of any theme park in Walt Disney World Resort or at Disney Springs Guest Relations.
Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Important Information
- The Monthly Payment Program is only available to Florida residents with valid ID.
- Must be at least 18 years old to purchase under the monthly payment option.
- Subject to additional terms and conditions.
- Monthly payment amount based on remaining balance after one-time payment of $99 at time of purchase.
- The exact amount of each payment is specified in the Retail Installment Contract, which will appear on a subsequent screen.
- First monthly payment will be charged on day of purchase or shortly thereafter.
- Subject to restrictions, including an installment agreement, and change without notice.
