I already have a ticket or vacation package. How do I add Disney Genie+ service?

Here’s how to add Disney Genie+ service to an existing ticket or vacation package:

Tickets

If you have valid park tickets and wish to add Disney Genie+ service, you can modify the ticket ahead of your visit, on disneyworld.com or by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you purchase Disney Genie+ service ahead of time via disneyworld.com, you have the option to add the service for the duration of your visit—otherwise, you’ll need to purchase it anew with My Disney Experience, at the start of each day in the park.

To add Disney Genie+ to your ticket using disneyworld.com:

  1. From the disneyworld.com home page, click Sign In or Create Account.
  2. At the far right of the top menu, click My Disney Experience.
  3. Visit My Plans.
  4. Select the Tickets & Memory Maker
  5. Select Change Ticket next to the ticket you wish to modify.
  6. Under “Choose Which Tickets to Change,” select every ticket in your party that you want to modify.
  7. Add Disney Genie+ service to your tickets. Please note: Disney Genie+ service will not be available until 7:00 AM on the day of your visit.

Before the day of your visit,* to add Disney Genie+ service to your ticket via the My Disney Experience mobile app:

  1. Open the complimentary Disney Genie service in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
  2. Select the My Day
  3. Tap Get Disney Genie+ service. Please note: Disney Genie+ service will not be available until 7:00 AM on the day of your visit.

*Please note: On the day of your visit, you can add Disney Genie+ service for single-day use without modifying a ticket, using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Vacation Packages

If you have a vacation package and would like to add Disney Genie+ service for the duration of your visit, you can modify the vacation package by logging into your account on disneyworld.com or via the My Disney Experience mobile app**—or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-5277.

To add Disney Genie+ service to your vacation package, using the My Disney Experience mobile app:

  1. Open the complimentary Disney Genie service in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
  2. Select the My Day
  3. Tap Get Disney Genie+ service. Please note: Disney Genie+ service will not be available until 7:00 AM on the day of your visit.

**Please note: Addition of Disney Genie+ service to your package via the My Disney Experience mobile app is only available before your visit. On the day of your visit, you will only be able to modify your package by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-5277.
