You must board any pet traveling with you to Disney's Vero Beach Resort before arrival. Please note: service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome at the Resort.

If you lost an item during your visit to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, please fill out an online form and we’ll help you track down your misplaced item. 

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. By following the link below, you will leave the Resort website, and different terms of use and privacy policy will apply. 

Report lost items now with Chargerback.

Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

Stock up on sundries, Resort apparel and Disney merchandise at this fun place to shop—conveniently located in the lobby.

For your convenience, a 24-hour ATM is located in the lobby.

Stamps are sold at Island Grove Packing Company. For mail drops, a free-standing green wrought-iron mailbox is located in the lobby.

Guests can receive mail throughout their stay. Occasionally, some Guests choose to ship items in advance of their vacation to help save luggage space.

If you intend to receive mail during your vacation, be sure the letter or package:

• Includes the mailing address of the hotel
• Clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of your arrival

Please note that a $6 per-package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your hotel room. However, there is no fee to pick up groceries at the Front Desk that were ordered and delivered via INSTACART® service or another grocery delivery service.

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is committed to making all our Guests as comfortable as possible. We provide accessible paths of travel from the arrival to the lobby area, as well as to accessible Guest rooms, restaurants, merchandise locations, meeting rooms and convention spaces, business centers, pools, and exercise and laundry facilities.

• Accessible rooms are offered for Guests with disabilities, including wheelchair- and hearing-accessible rooms. TTY equipment is available upon request at check-in.
• Accessible parking or valet parking is available.
• Service animals are welcome throughout the Resort with designated relief areas.
• Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
• Complimentary specially adapted “beach wheelchairs” are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. A Cast Member or employee will assist you when picking up this equipment at the beach rentals location.
• Guests are also welcome to bring their own wheelchairs to the Resort.

Villas with one or more bedrooms feature an in-unit washer and dryer. There is also a self-service laundry room open 24-hours.
