    Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. Please allow for extra travel time.

    24-Hour Fitness Center

    Stay fit while on vacation in the state-of-the-art fitness center, featuring cardio equipment, strength-training essentials, free weights and more—available to Guests of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

    Know Before You Go

    • Minimum Age Requirements

      Spa Services are for adults ages 18 and up. However, teens ages 14 to 17 may enjoy treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire experience. Select Salon & Nail Services are available for children ages 5 and up when accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire experience.

    • Reservations

      Book an appointment online. For questions, you can email us at spa.requests@disneyworld.com, or call (407) 824-3039. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.


      Advance reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ins will be accepted as space allows.

    • Check-In

      Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few moments to enjoy the spa facilities. To maintain the serenity of the environment, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Keep in mind that you will be required to show a photo ID at check-in.


      Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next Guest.

    • Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

      If reservations have not been cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the full price of the service will be charged.

    • Prices and Service Charge

      Prices and services are subject to change without notice. For your convenience, a 20% service charge, in lieu of gratuity, will be automatically added to your final bill. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.

    • Valuables

      For the safety of your valuable items, we suggest you leave all jewelry and money in the safe provided in your hotel room. The spa will not assume any liability for valuables.

    • Weddings/Group Bookings

      We welcome groups small and large. Our Spa Group Coordinator can help plan the details of your luxurious outing. To book spa treatments for a group, please call (407) 824-3039. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

    • Gift Cards

      Disney gift cards can be used to pay for services, packages and products at The Grand Floridian Spa.

    • Massage Establishment License Number

    • Transportation
