Delivery Availability
Our team delivers 7 days a week to all Walt Disney World Resort hotels and other select official hotels.
Delivery Location
All packages will be delivered to your hotel Front Desk at Walt Disney World Resort. You must be present for your gift to be delivered to your room, or you can pick it up at your hotel Front Desk.
Same-Day Deliveries
Any order placed by noon Eastern Time will be delivered that day. For orders placed after noon Eastern Time, delivery will be made the following day.
Cancellation Policy
Most orders may be cancelled with 48-hours notice. Orders that include personalized items may not be cancelled.
Tax & Shipping
Sales tax is not included. A delivery fee of $10 will be added to all orders.
