Why did I receive an error message when I attempted to link a ticket to a MyDisney account?
A:
If you are experiencing technical difficulties linking a ticket to your MyDisney account, there are a few things to try:
- Be sure that you used the correct ticket code. Valid ticket codes are 12 digits long.
- The ticket may already be linked to another Guest. You can check this by visiting “Ticket & Passes” in the My Disney Experience app.
- If your ticket is part of a vacation package, you will want to enter the code in the “Resort Reservation” section.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact (407) 934-7639. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
