Inspired Flavors

Select from 2 omakase menus:

  • Kiku – The Omnivorous Course (full course starting at $250; semi course starting at $150, tax and gratuity not included)
  • Hasu – The Vegetarian Course (full course starting at $250; semi course starting at $150, tax and gratuity not included)

Delight your senses in this stunning setting when you dine on brilliantly prepared dishes.

At Takumi-Tei, the beauty of Japan is also in its cuisine. Multicourse omakase tasting menus offer creatively prepared, Japanese-inspired dishes. Omakase—or “leave it up to the chef”—is a special gastronomical experience during which the chef curates the meal.

For a lighter experience, try the "semi" course option, which features smaller portions of the same or similar offerings as the full course. Chef selections may include seasonal sashimi, crafted hassun, prepared inaniwa udon noodles, deep-fried tofu, mini zucchini tempura and more. Each flavor is a delight for the palate, and anticipation of the chef’s choices is a major component of the experience.

You may also enjoy signature cocktails, premium sake, wine and craft beer. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
