The convenient Resort Airline Check-In service makes your departure experience a breeze.
This complimentary service lets you check in for your return flight, collect your boarding pass and even check your bags at the Airline Check-In desk. When you arrive at the airport, simply make your way to security.
Walt Disney World Resort Guests must present a valid government-issued I.D. for domestic travel or a valid passport for international travel. In addition, Guests must check in no later than 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure. (Flight delays do not extend this check-in time.) A parent or guardian may check in for all family members traveling together on a domestic flight. All Guests must be present at check-in for international flights.
Unfortunately, some Guests may be selected to check in at the airport and may not be able to use the Resort Airline Check-In service.
Per airline regulations, there may be a charge to check luggage, similar to when checking bags at the airport. Guests should refer to their airline with specific questions regarding the number of bags that can be checked or to make changes to their flight arrangements.
To pay any applicable airline baggage fees prior to visiting the Resort Airline Check-In desk, please contact Baggage Airline Guest Services at (407) 284-1231 between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
If questions arise during the luggage screening process at the airport, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will contact the Guest via the air carrier.
Resort Airline Check-In is available to Guests staying at select Disney Resort hotels and flying on participating airlines.
