Collect your boarding pass and check your luggage—all at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
The hassle-free Resort Airline Check-In makes boarding your plane a breeze.
This complimentary service lets you check in for your return flight, collect your boarding pass and even check your bags at the Airline Check-In desk. When you arrive at the airport, simply make your way to security.
A valid government-issued I.D. and Key to the World card are required to participate, and Guests must check in no later than 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure. (Flight delays do not extend this check-in time.) A parent or guardian may check in for all family members traveling together.
Unfortunately, some Guests may be selected to check in at the airport and may not be able to use the Resort Airline Check-In service.
Per airline regulations, there may be a charge to check luggage, similar to when checking bags at the airport. Guests should refer to their airline with specific questions regarding the number of bags that can be checked or to make changes to their flight arrangements.
If questions arise during the luggage screening process at the airport, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will contact the Guest via the air carrier.
