Am I required to sign up for a Disney account to link a ticket to a MagicBand or card?

A.

Yes. To link a ticket, you must have a Disney account or sign up for a new account. You do not technically link a ticket to a MagicBand or card; you link a ticket to your Disney account. You can access tickets linked to your account with any active MagicBand or card that is also linked to the account.

Once you’ve signed up for a Disney account, you’ll find that it’s quick and easy to access and manage your tickets in the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience. My Reservations also conveniently lists the Resort hotel reservations, vacation packages and dining reservations that you purchased or reserved on disneyworld.com.

Create a new Disney account or link a ticket to your Disney account.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
