I’m a Florida resident and I purchased an Annual Pass with the Monthly Payment Program. Can I pay off my balance at any time?

A.

Yes. If you are a Florida Resident and purchased an annual pass using the monthly payment program, you may pay off your balance in its entirety at any time without penalty by calling Passholder Payment Services at (888) 701-4100. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

You can also pay at the ticket booth of any theme park in Walt Disney World Resort or at Disney Springs Guest Relations.

    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
