International Travel – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

I’m traveling to Walt Disney World Resort from the United Kingdom. What is ATOL and how will it affect my trip?

A.

ATOL is the Air Travel Organisers’ License, issued to the Walt Disney Travel Company by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This ensures that any money paid to us for an air-inclusive holiday package is safe and that you will not be stranded abroad.

On disneyworld.com, only holiday packages that include flights are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for the certificate and check to ensure that all information listed on it is correct.

Review the Walt Disney Travel Company booking terms and conditions or learn more about the ATOL Certificate and its financial protection.
