Once you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, please use your in-room phone to contact Luggage Assistance—or visit Luggage Assistance in your Resort hotel lobby—to retrieve your luggage. We recommend keeping anything you may need for your first day (backpack, stroller, swimsuits, medicine, electronics, perishables, heat-sensitive items, important documents, MagicBand+, etc.) with you in your carry-on bag.
