Need a ride to a restaurant at another Disney Resort hotel? How about a relaxing way to get back to your room after a busy day at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks or the Disney Springs area? Minnie Van service is a great way to get around Walt Disney World Resort quickly and in comfort—all while in a Disney-owned, Disney-operated vehicle, driven by a Cast Member.

Minnie Van service is not included in your vacation package, but it is easy to request—just use your smartphone to order and pay for a ride through the Lyft app.

Our Minnie Van service works with the Lyft app. Cars are usually minutes away. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Lyft app while visiting Walt Disney World Resort and enter your destination.
2. Confirm your pickup location and tap “Select Minnie Van". If the Minnie Van service doesn’t immediately display, scroll through vehicle type options until it appears.
3. Track your vehicle on a map provided by the app. You’ll also see the vehicle number to help you spot your car.

• Includes up to 2 complimentary child seats if needed —required for children under 6 years of age
• Varies based on distance traveled from pickup location to requested destination within Walt Disney World Resort
• Standard Lyft cancellation and no-show fees may apply

Any Guest can order an Accessible Minnie Van. Guests do not need to use the vehicle’s accessibility functions in order to book a ride in an Accessible Minnie Van.

Here’s How to Order:

1. Open the Lyft app within Walt Disney World Resort, and enter your destination.
2. Confirm your pickup location and tap “Select Access. Minnie Van” (short for “Accessible Minnie Van”). If Accessible Minnie Van service doesn’t immediately display, scroll through vehicle type options until it appears.
3. Track your vehicle’s progress on a map provided by the app. You’ll see the vehicle number to help you spot your car.

Accessible Minnie Vans include the following:

• Seating for 5 people
• One complimentary car seat (which can be used by one of the 5 passengers)
• 2 spaces for mobility devices (Guests may remain in their mobility devices for the duration of the ride)

There is a maximum capacity of 7 Guests per Accessible Minnie Van.
