I previously saved some vacation package offers and now I cannot find them. Where should I look?

A:

Your saved offers should appear in your cart. If you do not see what you are searching for, there are a few possible reasons to consider:

  • Check to see if you are logged in to your MyDisney account. If you are not, your offers will not appear.
  • The offer you are looking for may no longer be available. If this is the case, you should see a message indicating which parts of the package are unavailable.
  • The offer you are looking for may have expired. Unfortunately, we are only able to save offers for a limited period of time. 

If your saved vacation packages offers are no longer available, you may want to explore new vacation package offers.
