Can I renew an Annual Pass for a Guest other than myself?
Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. To renew an Annual Pass for another Guest, you’ll need his or her name, address and Pass ID (located on the bottom of the Pass). Please be aware that proof of Florida residency is required for purchase and use of all Annual Passes for Florida Residents..
There are 3 convenient ways to renew an Annual Pass:
- Renew online. This includes Guests you manage via your Disney account, so long as the Guest in question does not have an account of their own.
- Renew at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows and Guest Relations locations, as well as Guest Relations locations at Disney Springs.
- Renew by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Annual Passes can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration. If you are renewing through the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, phone renewals are not available. However, you can still renew online, in person from a theme park ticket window or at Guest Relations locations.
Though the Annual Pass owner does not need to be present for renewals taking place in person at Walt Disney World Resort, each Annual Pass owner will still need to be present at the ticket window to receive his or her pass.
