I am a Florida resident. Can I renew my Annual Pass online using the Monthly Payment Program?

A.

Yes. Florida residents can renew Annual Passes using the Monthly Payment Program. Your pass can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after it expires.

There are 2 convenient ways to renew your Annual Pass with the Monthly Payment Program:

  1. Renew online
  2. Renew at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or Downtown Disney Guest Relations location.

If you are renewing through the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, phone renewals are not available.

Though the Annual Pass owner does not need to be present for renewal, each Annual Pass owner will need to be present at the ticket window to receive his or her pass.

  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
