Gourmet Dreams Come to Life!

Calling all food lovers! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival has something for every taste bud, featuring fine, unexpected flavors from around the globe. Once again, we’ve chosen the crème de la crème to make this year’s celebration our most spectacular yet!

Discover tempting dishes dreamt up by 5-star chefs and sample delicious treats that are fun for all—from the adventurous eater to the pickiest of palates.

Explore all the additions to the Festival menu of offerings including a tasty new Character dance party, sweet Festival merchandise, savory new acts in the Eat to the Beat Concert Series, a mimosa bar—and, of course, scrumptious new dishes at Global Marketplaces throughout the Park!

New Food to Discover

Epcot chefs have been hard at work to put together a menu of new culinary delights along with returning fan favorites. Here’s a glimpse at a few new exciting offerings. Make sure to check back for full menu listings.

  • New Brunswick Slider: Slow-braised Beef Brisket “Pot Roast Style” with Horseradish Cream, Crispy Fried Onions on a Potato Roll with Pickled Vegetables on the side (Located at Hops & Barley Marketplace)
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Vinaigrette, Parmesan Cheese, and Pumpkin Seeds (Vegetarian) (Located at The Wine & Dine Studio)
  • Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak, smoked Corn Cake with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro (Located at Flavors from Fire)
