Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

I linked my annual pass with My Disney Experience, and the “Thank You!” page says that my link is “Pending.” What does “Pending” mean?

A.

We apologize for the delay. We are processing your annual pass and the link should be completed in 48 hours or less.

Once your Theme Park Annual Pass is linked, you will see it listed on the About Me page in the My Profile section and the My Reservations section. You can also add additional annual passes for yourself or people on your Family & Friends list by selecting the “Add Another Walt Disney World Pass” link on the About Me page.

If it has been more than 48 hours since you started the linking process and your annual pass is still not listed in About Me or My Reservations, please contact us and we will make sure that everything is working properly.

Water Park Annual Passes only appear in the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, not on the About Me page in the My Profile section.
