Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions


Why don’t I see my Theme Park Annual Pass in the My Reservations or My Profile sections of My Disney Experience?


We apologize that your pass is not showing up. Even if you have previously added your annual pass to, you may need to link it again to ensure that it is connected to My Disney Experience.

Link your annual pass to My Disney Experience.

If you linked your annual pass within the last 48 hours, please wait until 48 hours have passed and check again. If you still do not see your annual pass after 48 hours, please double-check that the pass has not already expired. Fortunately, you can renew your annual pass online.

If you have tried to link your annual pass and confirmed that it has not expired, contact us and we will help.

Water Park Annual Passes only appear in the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, not on the About Me page in the My Profile section.

The linking process requires that you have your annual pass in your possession, as you will need the ID numbers printed on the pass. You will also need to sign into your Disney account.
