In addition to the general Terms and Conditions above, the following terms are applicable if you have purchased Memory Maker.
Memory Maker is non-refundable (except if purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package) and non-transferable. When purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package, Memory Maker is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Disney Resort Hotel package.
A MagicBand may be required to receive certain attraction photos and other digital content. MagicBands are not included with Memory Maker but may be purchased separately.
With the purchase of Memory Maker you will be able to download or unlock photos and other digital content associated with your Disney account that were taken at Walt Disney World Resort by Disney PhotoPass photographers, as well as photos and other digital content taken on select attractions and at select dining locations while your Memory Maker is active (the “Memory Maker Window”). You will also receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use of the downloaded or unlocked photos and other digital content.
If you have purchased Memory Maker One Day, the Memory Maker Window begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on (i) the day you use the one-day theme park admission with which Memory Maker is bundled at purchase or (ii) if Memory Maker was purchased separately, the date of the photo selected on the My Disney Experience app or, if applicable, on the Walt Disney World Resort site when purchasing Memory Maker or when linking a previously purchased Memory Maker code to your Disney account, and ends at 5:59 AM Eastern Time on the following day.
If you have purchased standard (30 days) Memory Maker at the advance purchase price you must wait at least three (3) days after the date Memory Maker was purchased before your Memory Maker Window can begin. After that time, your Memory Maker Window begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the date you first download or unlock any Disney PhotoPass photo or other digital content on the Walt Disney World Resort site or the My Disney Experience app, and ends on the 30th day following such download or unlock date at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. When purchased at the advance purchase price, unexpired photos and other digital content that are in your Disney account prior to the start of your Memory Maker Window are not included in your Memory Maker purchase.
If you have purchased standard (30 days) Memory Maker at the regular price, you do not have a waiting period before your Memory Maker Window can begin. When purchased at the regular price, the Memory Maker Window begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the date you first download or unlock any Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content on the Walt Disney World Resort site or the My Disney Experience app, and ends on the 30th day after such unlock or download date at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. When purchased at the regular price, your Memory Maker purchase also includes all unexpired photos and other digital content in your account at the time your Memory Maker purchase is linked to your Disney account.
Except as otherwise provided for standard Memory Maker purchased at the regular price, all other photos or other digital content captured outside of your Memory Maker Window must be purchased separately. Certain digital content may not be available for purchase on an individual-item basis.
Memory Maker may be linked to only one (1) guest. Only the person who has Memory Maker linked to his/her Disney account (“Memory Maker Guest”) is entitled to download or unlock the photos and other digital content captured during the Memory Maker Window.
Photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker Window must be downloaded before they expire. All photos and other digital content will expire pursuant to the expiration policy. We do not offer options for permanent storing of photos or other digital content. Expired photos and other digital content will be deleted from the system.
Each Memory Maker Guest will have the ability to view and download or unlock unexpired shared photos and other digital content from up to 25 members on his/her Family & Friends list during his/her Memory Maker window. In situations in which a Memory Maker Guest has designated more than 25 members on his/her Family & Friends list to share photos and other digital content, we will select at our sole discretion which 25 Family & Friends members’ photos and other digital content will be made available for viewing and downloading or unlocking. Memory Maker and the ability to download or unlock shared photos and other digital content is intended for personal use of the Memory Maker Guest only. Downloading or unlocking, or offering to download or unlock, Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content for the benefit of other Guests, including for the benefit of any individuals on the Memory Maker Guest’s Family & Friends list, whether or not the Memory Maker Guest solicits or accepts any consideration or remuneration for Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content, is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the limited license agreement granted to the Memory Maker Guest. Violations may result in removal of all images associated with the Memory Maker Guest’s account and termination of the Memory Maker Guest’s Disney account. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, including based on usage patterns, to conclude that a Memory Maker Guest is in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Photo sharing benefits are subject to change without notice.
Guests who purchase Memory Maker as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package or as an add-on to a Disney Resort hotel reservation must link their Magic Your Way vacation package reservation or Disney Resort hotel reservation to their Disney account. Upon linking their reservation, Memory Maker will automatically be linked to the reservation’s primary guest’s Disney account. Guests who purchase Memory Maker in any other manner must link their Memory Maker Card number or confirmation number to their Disney account in order to use Memory Maker.
Your Memory Maker Card is a RF Device as defined in the “Radio Frequency Cards and MagicBands” section of the MyMagic+ Terms and Conditions. Please be aware that all RF Devices linked to your My Disney Experience account, including a Memory Maker Card, can be used to access other entitlements also linked to your account, such as park admission, FastPass+ selections and touch to pay (if available). Please keep all RF Devices safe and secure.
With the purchase of a Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus Annual Pass or a Premier Annual Passport (“Qualifying Annual Pass”), you are entitled to download all photos and other digital content associated with your Disney account that were taken at Walt Disney World Resort (and Disneyland Resort, if applicable) by Disney PhotoPass photographers while your Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park. You are also entitled to all photos and other digital content taken on select attractions and at select dining locations while your Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park. A Magic Band may be required to receive certain attraction photos and other digital content.
Your Qualifying Annual Pass provides you with a limited license for personal, noncommercial use of the downloaded photos and other digital content.
All photos or other digital content captured before and/or after the period your Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park must be purchased separately. Certain digital content may not be available for purchase on an individual- item basis.
Photos or other digital content can only be downloaded by Guests who have a Qualifying Annual Pass with valid admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park linked to their Disney accounts (“AP Guest”).
Photos and other digital content captured while your Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park will only be available for download until they expire 365 days after they are captured. All photos and other digital content, as available, captured before and/or after the period that the Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. We do not offer options for permanent storing of photos or other digital content. Expired photos and other digital content will be deleted from the system.
Each AP Guest will have the ability to view and download or unlock shared photos and other digital content from up to 25 members on his/her Family and Friends list while his/her Qualifying Annual Pass is valid for admission to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park. In situations when an AP Guest has designated more than 25 members on his/her Family and Friends list to share photos and other digital content, we will select at our sole discretion which 25 Family and Friends members’ photos and other digital content will be made available for viewing and downloading or unlocking.
The Qualifying Annual Pass Disney PhotoPass benefit and the ability to download or unlock shared photos and other digital content is intended for the personal use of the AP Guest only. Downloading or unlocking, or offering to download or unlock, Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content for the benefit of other Guests, including for the benefit of any individuals on the AP Guest’s Family and Friends list, whether or not the AP Guest solicits or accepts any consideration or remuneration for Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content, is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the limited license granted to the AP Guest. Violations may result in removal of all images associated with the AP Guest’s account and termination of the AP Guest’s Disney account. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, including based on usage patterns, to conclude that an AP Guest is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Photo sharing benefits are subject to change without notice.
Photos and other digital content sold by or captured for Personalized Storybooks, Wild Africa Trek photos, ESPN Wide World of Sports Gameday Photos Service, Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, Disney Fine Art Photography or Disney Event Group (including but not limited to group and convention photos and family portrait sessions) or third-party operators at Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort are not included in the Qualifying Annual Pass Disney PhotoPass benefit. For marathons and running events, you may link up to a maximum of 5 runDisney bib numbers for each race.
You must link your Qualifying Annual Pass ID number to your Disney account in order to activate the Qualifying Annual Pass Disney PhotoPass benefit.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post photos or other digital content of poor quality or photos or other digital content with inappropriate or offensive subject matter in our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for missing, lost or damaged photos or other digital content. Registration is required.
