Pass Pick-Up Information

Once you receive your pass certificate, you must exchange it for a valid pass prior to first use at one of the following locations: any Walt Disney World theme park or water park ticket window, or any Guest Relations location. You will need to show a valid photo ID to pick up your pass.

Pass Expiration

Pass expires if not activated via park entry within one year of purchase. After one year, the amount paid for an unactivated, expired pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new pass at current prices so long as the new pass purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original pass. An activated Pass is valid for one year from the date of use of the Pass for first entry.

Theme Park Reservation Requirement

To enter one of the parks in addition to valid admission, each Guest is required to make a theme park reservation. Learn more about theme park reservations.

Proof of a Florida residential address is required.

For Florida resident tickets, the persons who will use the adult tickets must be Florida residents and must be present at the time of ticket pick up.

For each room or package reservation, the adult who booked the reservation must be a Florida resident and must be present at check-in.

For each room or package reservation and for each adult ticket purchased, you may provide any of the following:

  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
  • Valid Florida-based military ID

If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each room or package reservation and for each adult ticket purchased you must provide one of the following dated within the last two months and evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

  • Monthly mortgage statement
  • Florida vehicle registration or title
  • Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
  • Automobile insurance policy or bill
  • Utility bill
  • Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement
  • Mail from a Federal, State, County or City government agency

Bills can be no more than two (2) months old. PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency. Current bills printed from electronic versions are acceptable, though photocopies and fax copies are not.

Passes do not guarantee theme park admission, especially during high attendance periods. Admission to the theme parks and availability of standard theme park parking are subject to capacity and other closures. Other restrictions apply.

All passes exclude activities/events separately priced. Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Passes are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Disney reserves the right to reschedule or cancel theme park reservations, admission media or purchases at any time and for any reason without liability, and to provide applicable refunds. Theme park reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for any specific dates or park.

Passes with the Water Park and Sports option provide admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park OR Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park. Water parks are subject to extended rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures or may close for other reasons. On certain dates a water park may only be open for special events or to limited groups. All options are nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced or not open to the general public.

ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex: Valid for admission only on event days; some events require an additional admission charge.

Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course: Includes greens fee only; tee time reservations are required and are subject to availability.

¹To visit more than one park per day, Annual Passholders must make a theme park reservation for the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another. After entering that first park, Passholders will be able to visit the other theme parks until each park's regularly scheduled closure. At this time, a theme park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. The ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations and applicable pass blockout dates.

²Passholders must present their valid Annual Pass ID in the Tickets and Passes section of their My Disney Experience app (or their valid Annual Pass card with the Pass expiration date) and a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
