Disney Annual Pass Terms & Conditions at Walt Disney World Resort

Walt Disney World® Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

GENERAL: Each Annual Passholder (individually, a “Passholder”) must have a valid Annual Pass for Walt Disney World® Park admission. Further identification may be required. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid Annual Pass for the same park on the same date are required. Reservations are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates. Annual Passes are not valid for private events or events that require a separate admission and Passes are subject to applicable Blockout Dates. Annual Passes do not guarantee Park admission, especially during high attendance periods. It may be difficult for Passholders to get park reservations to visit on certain dates or a select park, and park reservations are not guaranteed for any specific dates or park, no matter the Pass type. Additionally, park reservations may not be available on select holidays for certain parks. To visit more than one park per day, Annual Passholders must make a reservation for the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another. After entering that first park, Passholders will be able to visit the next park starting at 2 PM until each park's regularly scheduled closure. At this time, a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. The ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations and applicable pass blockout dates and hours are subject to change. Other restrictions, such as Park Hopper® rules, may apply.

Passholders are eligible to make a park reservation for any date on which their Pass is not blocked out, subject to availability and conditions set forth above. Pursuant to the benefits and rules of the particular Pass, a Passholder may make and hold up to the number of park reservations allowed for their Pass type. Once the maximum number of park reservations is made, another park reservation may not be made until a currently held park reservation is used or cancelled. Passholders should cancel any reservation that will not be used prior to the date of the reservation. Theme park capacity may be limited from time to time due to various reasons including, but not limited to, Acts of God, governmental direction or guidance from health experts. Some Pass benefits and features may not be available during periods of limited capacity. Also, park experiences and offerings may be modified and are subject to limited availability or even closure.

Annual Passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable and remain the property of Disney. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Additionally, Annual Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. A Passholder must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to the Walt Disney World® Resort as promulgated by Disney from time to time, which can be found at: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/park-rules/ Disney reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Annual Pass or deny Theme Park admission to any Passholder at any time for any reason.

A Passholder assumes all inherent risks associated with all rides and attractions and must obey all safety signage, instructions and rules.

Entry into the Walt Disney World® Resort constitutes consent for Disney to use any film, video or reproduction of the image and/or voice of a Passholder for any purpose whatsoever without any payment to the Passholder. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

UNACTIVATED PASS EXPIRATION: A Pass will expire if it is not activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase, and upon expiration, such expired Pass may no longer be activated or have park reservations scheduled for it, and any existing park reservations for such Pass will be cancelled. No refunds will be given. The original Pass may not be transferred, and the amount paid for the original Pass may not be redeemed for cash or be used for any other goods or services other than the purchase of another Annual Pass or ticket. The amount paid for an unactivated, expired Pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new Annual Pass or ticket at the then current price so long as the new pass or ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original Pass. The then current terms, conditions and privileges associated with the newly purchased pass or ticket will apply at that time.

PARKING: The parking benefit, as applicable, is subject to availability and is valid for standard parking for one (1) standard vehicle only at pay-on-entry lots at the Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks. Oversized vehicles and preferred parking spaces are not included in this parking benefit and will require an additional fee. Parking is not guaranteed, and is subject to capacity. Passholder must be in vehicle and present valid Annual Pass at time of entry to receive the parking benefit. Further photo identification may be required. The parking benefit will expire when the Pass it is associated with expires. The parking benefit is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

PASS TYPE AVAILABILITY: Not all Pass types may be available at any given time. Please check for Pass type availability before attempting to upgrade into a Pass.

BENEFITS/DISCOUNTS: A Passholder must present a valid Annual Pass and valid photo identification prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose including, without limitation, to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services.

Discounts are not valid on previous purchases or on purchases of the following: ticket media, Disney Gift Cards, Park admission, arcades, tobacco, alcohol, outdoor vending (e.g., in-Park balloon vendors, glow vendors), Add-a-Dollar (Disney Conservation Fund), postage stamps, rentals (e.g., strollers, ECVs), personalization, Disney PhotoPass® purchases (e.g., purchases through any application, website or onsite sales location), Memory Maker and Memory Maker One Day, Capture Your Moment and other photo sessions requiring reservations, select print packages, framed Disney Dollars, Artist Sketch Program, original or consignment art, select limited editions, select collectibles, select specialized toys, select specialty items, purchase-with-purchase offers, select reusable shopping bags, newspapers/periodicals, books, DVDs, Blu-ray™ disks, CDs, sundries, pantry/prepared foods, digital/video/disposable cameras, film, consumer electronics, national branded fragrances, treatments and cosmetics, Lladró®, Swarovski® Crystal, Tiffany & Co.® Jewelry, Bvlgari®, handmade items, special orders, live auction artwork, select product launches, select premium branded items, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Savi's Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers, and Droid Depot packages, phone, email or mail order purchases, shipping or taxes. Discount is not available at games, Cast Connection, Disney's Character Premiere, Disney's Character Warehouse or Walt Disney World® Resort Operating Participant locations and any other locations or kiosks that are not owned or operated by the owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort. Not valid in combination with other offers, discounts or promotions. Theme park admission and reservation may be required to enter certain locations. Discount is for personal use only and may not be transferred or used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell the merchandise. The discounts offered are subject to change without notice.

Dining discounts are valid at select Walt Disney World® Resort owned and operated restaurants and locations and are not valid on alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, room service, holiday buffets, taxes or gratuities. From time to time, select third parties may also offer discounts/benefits to Passholders and such offers shall be solely the responsibility of such third parties without any liability to Disney or its affiliates. Please ask about any applicable discounts at a location prior to purchase. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Disney or the applicable location/store owner and may change without notice.

COMMUNICATIONS: As a member of the Walt Disney World® Resort Annual Pass program, a Passholder will be eligible to receive periodic mailers and newsletters and other communications about the Walt Disney World® Resort, other Disney affiliated products and services and select unaffiliated, third party Passholder offers, including information about events, products, opportunities, services and special offers and discounts available to Passholders. Passholders may also be sent information about special events, products, services and offers based on their activities at the Walt Disney World® Resort (e.g., purchase transactions, etc). These communications may be sent by postal mail (one mailing per Passholder household/address) or by email, based on the contact information provided to the Pass program. Passholders may receive these communications from any of the subsidiary and affiliated entities of The Walt Disney Company.
You may choose not to receive these communications by logging into your My Disney Experience account and changing your preferences. Please be aware that if you do not allow us to send you certain communications, we may not be able to deliver information to you about special Passholder events and opportunities, or about products and services that may take into account your interests and preferences.

ADDRESS CHANGE: Please report a change in your address immediately to the Walt Disney World® Resort Annual Pass Program. Changes can be made by signing into your My Disney Experience account on the IMyDisneyExperience app and clicking on Account Settings; or you can sign into your My Disney Experience account at DisneyWorld.com/profile and select "Account Settings.”

REPLACEMENTS: If a Pass is lost or stolen, the Passholder is asked to report the situation immediately to a Walt Disney World ® Resort Main Entrance ticket booth, or, by calling the Annual Passholder Membership Services line. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a replacement Pass.

All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not limited to, admission privileges, Blockout Dates, prices, Pass type availability, parking locations, benefits and discounts are subject to restrictions, availability, and change or cancellation without notice at any time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLICABLE OPTIONS

All options are nontransferable and nonrefundable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Parks, attractions and other offerings subject to availability, closures and change or cancellation without notice or liability.

Water Park and Sports Option

Water parks subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures.

Tee times are required for Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course and are subject to availability. FootGolf is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday after 2:30 PM, subject to availability. Miniature golf valid for one round. Round must start prior to 4:00 PM. Only one miniature golf visit per day. ESPN Wide World of Sports admission valid only on event days; some events require an additional admission charge; there are no events on certain days; days and hours of operation of concessions, venues and attractions vary. Disney PhotoPass Downloads Option

With the purchase of the Disney PhotoPass Downloads option (“Annual Pass Add-On Benefit”), you are entitled to download all photos and other digital content associated with your Disney account that were taken at Walt Disney World Resort by Disney PhotoPass photographers while your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid. You are also entitled to all photos and other digital content taken on select attractions and at select dining locations while your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid. A MagicBand, MagicMobile Pass or an eligible mobile device with Bluetooth® technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app, may be required to receive certain attraction photos and other digital content.

You must link your Qualifying Annual Pass ID number to your Disney account in order to activate the Annual Pass Add-On Benefit. Your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the day you use the Annual Pass with which the Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is associated and ends at 5:59 a.m. Eastern Time on the earlier of the day after such Annual Pass expires or is cancelled. Your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit provides you with a limited license for personal, noncommercial use of the downloaded photos and other digital content.

All photos or other digital content captured before and/or after the period your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid must be purchased separately. Certain digital content may not be available for purchase on an individual-item basis.

Photos or other digital content can only be downloaded by Guests who have a Annual Pass Add-On Benefit linked to their Disney accounts (“AP Guest”).

Photos and other digital content captured while your Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid will only be available for download until they expire 365 days after they are captured. All photos and other digital content, as available, captured before and/or after the period that the Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. We do not offer options for permanent storing of photos or other digital content. Expired photos and other digital content will be deleted from the system.

Each AP Guest will have the ability to view and download or unlock shared photos and other digital content from up to 25 members on their Family and Friends list while their Annual Pass Add-On Benefit is valid. In situations when an AP Guest has designated more than 25 members on their Family and Friends list to share photos and other digital content, we will select at our sole discretion which 25 Family and Friends members’ photos and other digital content will be made available for viewing and downloading or unlocking.

The Annual Pass Add-On Benefit, and the ability to download or unlock shared photos and other digital content associated with each benefit, are intended for the personal use of the AP Guest only. Downloading or unlocking, or offering to download or unlock, Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content for the benefit of other Guests, including for the benefit of any individuals on the AP Guest’s Family and Friends list, whether or not the AP Guest solicits or accepts any consideration or remuneration for Disney PhotoPass photos or other digital content, is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the limited license granted to the AP Guest. Violations may result in removal of all images associated with the AP Guest’s account and termination of the AP Guest’s Disney account. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, including based on usage patterns, to conclude that an AP Guest is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Photo sharing benefits are subject to change without notice.

Photos and other digital content sold by or captured for Personalized Storybooks, Wild Africa Trek photos, ESPN Wide World of Sports Gameday Photos Service, Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, Disney Fine Art Photography or Disney Event Group (including but not limited to group and convention photos and family portrait sessions) or third-party operators at Walt Disney World Resort are not included in the Annual Pass Add-On Benefit. For marathons and running events, you may link up to a maximum of 5 runDisney bib numbers for each race. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post photos or other digital content of poor quality or photos or other digital content with inappropriate or offensive subject matter in our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for missing, lost or damaged photos or other digital content. Online registration is required.
