Why do I need to register to use some of the My Disney Vacation services?

In order to keep your personal information secure, we ask that you register to use the My Disney Vacation services. When you register, you create an account that is password-protected. If you are already registered on other Disney family sites, you may use that same Member Name and Password for disneyworld.com.

What if I can′t find my reservation in Itineraries?

If you've made a reservation and don't see it displayed in Itineraries, please note that it can take up to 24 hours after you′ve booked for the reservation to appear online. If you already have your reservation number and the phone number you used to book, you can enter those in the appropriate fields in the Find Your Reservation module, or you may call (407) 939-7675 to speak to a reservations agent.(Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.)

There are certain cases where a reservation cannot be automatically retrieved for a Guest upon log-in. Be assured we are working hard to eliminate these cases in future releases of the My Disney Vacation section of disneyworld.com.

What if I can′t find my saved offers in the Itineraries section?

If you've saved an offer and don't see it displayed in Itineraries, please note that it can take some time for the offer to appear in My Disney Vacation. You may also need to log out and log back into disneyworld.com for a saved offer to appear.
