Shopping at Africa
Mombasa Marketplace is an African and animal-themed gift and souvenir shop in the Africa area of Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park near the Tusker House restaurant and the Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction .
The store is divided into the main Mombasa Marketplace and, behind that, the smaller Ziwani Traders.
The main section of Mombasa Marketplace carries:
- Authentic African art and imports
- Woven baskets from Africa
- Carved wooden masks and animal statues
- Stone jewelry
- Sarongs
- A small selection of South African wines by the bottle
In Ziwani Traders, find:
- Plush toys
- Postcards
- Candy
- Family apparel
- Disney Character merchandise
- Items with the Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park logo
- Kid-sized flutes and African percussion instruments
