What is Disney's Magical Express Service?
Complimentary motor coach transportation and luggage transfer services from Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, regardless of the airline you fly.
Travel time is approximately 45 to 75 minutes. Motor coaches may make multiple stops before arriving at your Disney Resort hotel.
Luggage delivery service is available for flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motor coach.
Reserve the service when you make your Disney Resort reservation prior to arrival at Orlando International Airport.

What are the costs and fees for Disney's Magical Express Service?
There are none. Disney's Magical Express Service is a complimentary benefit offered to Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
Resort Airline Check-In Service is also complimentary if you are staying at a select Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and are traveling on a domestic flight with a participating airline.
Are car seats and pets permitted on the Disney Magical Express motor coaches?
No. Car seats must be stowed underneath the motor coach. (Children can sit on an adult's lap or occupy their own seat.)
And while service animals may travel on the motor coach with their owners, no other pets are permitted.
Where is the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center at Orlando International Airport?
Main Terminal Building, B side, Level 1.
Guests arriving on the A side of the airport should proceed to the B side before taking the elevator or escalator down to Level 1.

Whom do I contact when I have a change to my flight information?
Before arriving at Walt Disney World Resort, you may call the same number used to make your room reservation. While at a Disney Resort hotel, contact your Resort hotel Front Desk for assistance.
What if I did not receive my Disney's Magical Express Service information packet, including vouchers and luggage tags, prior to leaving home?
Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center where transfer vouchers will be provided. For Guests with flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Disney will obtain your information, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Resort hotel. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at baggage claim and transport it with them on the motor coach.
When will my luggage be delivered to my room at my Resort hotel?
For Guests arriving on flights between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., it may take up to 3 hours after your check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. You do not need to be in your room to receive your luggage. Please pack any valuables, medications or anything you need immediately upon your arrival in Orlando in a carry-on bag. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect luggage for transport on the motor coach.
On my day of departure, how will I know what time a motor coach will pick me up at my Resort hotel to return to Orlando International Airport?
The day before you check out, you will receive a transportation notice advising you of your motor coach pick-up time, which will be approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior for international flights. You are responsible for bringing your luggage to the motor coach pick-up location.
Where are the motor coach drop-off locations at Orlando International Airport if I'm traveling back to the airport?
There are motor coach drop-off locations on both the A and B sides of Orlando International Airport (Gates 1–29, 30–59, 60–99 and 100–129).
How will international Guests who do not receive the Disney's Magical Express booklet know what to do upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport?

As an international traveler, do I have to claim my luggage?
If the Orlando International Airport is your first point of entry into the United States, please follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim your luggage upon disembarking the airplane. Once you have completed this process and if your flight arrived before 10:00 p.m., you will give your luggage back to the airport officials and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. For international Guests arriving after 10:00 p.m., please retain your luggage and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center. Your luggage will accompany you on the motor coach.
If you have already completed the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process in another U.S. city, proceed directly to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., collect your luggage for transport on the motor coach.
If I am departing for an international destination, can I use the Resort Airline Check-In Service?
No. At this time, the service is available only if you are flying domestically (including Puerto Rico). If you are flying internationally, you must check in directly with your airline at Orlando International Airport.
What is Resort Airline Check-In Service?
A benefit offered to Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels who are departing on participating airlines from Orlando International Airport. You can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding pass right at your Resort hotel. The service is available only if you are flying domestically on:

How does Resort Airline Check-In Service work?
Simply visit the Resort Airline Check–In desk no less than 3 hours prior to departure time during operating hours (5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily). For families traveling together, a parent or guardian may check in for his or her spouse and minor children. A valid government-issued photo ID and Key to the World Card (your hotel room key) are required to participate.
Which Walt Disney World Resort hotels offer Resort Airline Check-In Service?
The service is offered at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. It is not available at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort or Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
How is Resort Airline Check–in affected by airline baggage fees?
Fees vary by airline. Guests should inquire with their specific airline as to what fees might apply. Guests may contact Baggage Airline Guest Services at (407) 284-1231 to pay any airline fees in advance of visiting the Resort Airline Check-In desk, which will have a record of the payment transaction. Airline luggage fees cannot be collected at the check-in desk. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Can Guests not using Resort Airline Check-In call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay their luggage fees in advance of checking in at the airport?
No. Only Guests using the check-in service may call to pay luggage fees in advance.
What other luggage requirements must be met to use Resort Airline Check-In?
For all airlines, each piece of luggage must be 50 pounds or less, and it must comply with the airline's size-dimension baggage policy. Overweight and oversized luggage cannot be accepted at the Resort Airline Check-In desks.
Can Guests participate in Resort Airline Check-In if they have multiple bags?
Yes. Guests can use the service as long as they contact Baggage Airline Guest Services at (407) 284-1231 to pay the airline's excess luggage fees. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Guests with multiple bags also have the option to check additional pieces through their airlines' ticket counters at Orlando International Airport.
What forms of payment are accepted by Baggage Airline Guest Services for excess luggage fees?
Guests must pay with a credit card. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card are accepted.
Will the motor coaches accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. However, please indicate at the time of your booking that you will be traveling with a wheelchair.
Will Disney's Magical Express Service provide wheelchairs at Orlando International Airport upon arrival?
No. If you need wheelchair assistance upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, you will need to arrange this directly with your airline.
