Can my special dietary request be accommodated at restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort?
Special dietary request-including food allergies, food intolerances and medically restricted diets-can often be accommodated at most table-service restaurants. Guests should contact SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com at least 48 hours prior to arrival or soon after booking their dining arrangements. Dining arrangements can be made by calling (407) 939-3463. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number.

Are reservations available at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants?
Yes, reservations are available-and highly recommended-at many Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. You may make reservations by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. It is recommended that you arrive at restaurants 5 minutes prior to your seating time. You will be seated at the next available table that can accommodate your party.
Will I be able to find kosher products at Walt Disney World Resort?
Kosher dietary needs can be accommodated at most table-service restaurants. Request kosher meals 24 hours in advance at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Kosher food products are available at select merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
What if I need to cancel my Walt Disney World Resort restaurant reservations?
Each Walt Disney World Resort restaurant maintains its own cancellation policy. When making your arrangements online or by phone, be sure to check the restaurant′s cancellation policy. This will help avoid charges that may apply for cancellations or no shows.
Can nutritional information be provided for menu items?
We are not able to provide you with accurate or reliable nutritional information. However, we are happy to attempt to work within your dietary requests and may suggest some menu alternatives that may satisfy your requests. We try to provide all our Guests with an excellent experience by offering a wide array of dining locations, experiences and menu options. We hope that among all those selections you will find food items that meet your requests.
Are organic products available?
Organic products that meet the USDA′s food standards are not widely available at Walt Disney World Resort. We are always trying to improve upon our existing product line of traditional and organic food offerings. Our food procurement standards include a vendor approval process that is designed to consistently acquire high-quality products. Introducing a new food product or vendor requires multiple approval steps, regardless of the claims attached to individual foods. We are happy to forward your suggestion to our special dietary requests manager and our procurement department for further consideration.
Can products from home be prepared by Disney chefs?
No. State Law prohibits our Culinary Cast Members from preparing, cooking or reheating any foods brought in by our Guests. We will not be able to heat or reheat any food item that is not prepared by our Cast Members.
Can food be brought into Walt Disney World Resort hotels and Theme Parks?
Guests are allowed to bring food items-such as snacks or foods that do not require heating-into any Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If you have food items that need to be refrigerated, please ask the front desk at your hotel to have a refrigerator placed in your room. Refrigerator may require an additional charge. Guests are allowed to bring food items-such as snacks or foods that do not require heating-into any Walt Disney World Theme Park. Inform a Security Cast Member of any food items when you enter the Theme Park.
Will there be any issues with bringing epi-pens, antihistamines and asthma medications into the parks?
No. If questioned, simply inform the security Cast Member checking the bags that you or someone in your party has a food allergy and they will allow you to bring in medically necessary items.
