I have some questions about my Annual Pass. Is there a phone number I can call?

For all general information regarding your Walt Disney World Annual Pass—including renewal, discounts, reservations and priority seating at participating Resort hotel and theme park restaurants, special ticketed events, change of address, email registration and more—visit the Annual Passes section of the official Walt Disney World Help Center, or call (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277. Guests under age the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

I'm an Annual Passholder. How often will I receive the Mickey Monitor newsletter?

The Mickey Monitor newsletter is mailed out every February, May, August and November, and each edition includes additional benefits and program updates.

Remember: only one newsletter will be sent per active Walt Disney World Passholder household, and is exclusively available in the United States and Puerto Rico.

I think I already have a registered account on a Disney website. How can I find my account information?

You may already have an account if you previously visited any of the Disney websites, including but not limited to the following:

To see if you already have a registered account on a Disney website, visit the Recover Member Names page. Once you have verified that you have an account, please sign in using your Member Name. If you need to reset your password, visit the Forgot Password page and enter your Member Name.

I have multiple accounts for Disney websites. How can I find my account information?

If you have multiple accounts and are unable to sign in, please visit our Recover Member Name page to retrieve the Member Names associated with your email address.

Once you have retrieved your list of account Member Names, please designate one of your accounts to be the Primary Disney Online Account. Next, reset the password for your Primary Account.

If your Primary Account requires a Member Name, enter the Member Name when you reset your password.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my login information?

To reset your password, visit the Forgot Password page. You will need to supply the Member Name associated with your account.

If you have multiple accounts associated with your email address, please enter the Primary Member Name associated with the account password you wish to reset. To retrieve your Member Name, visit our Recover Member Name page.

How do I change my password?

After successfully signing in to the Walt Disney World Resort website, please visit the Update Profile section, choose Edit Personal Information and click on the Edit link next to your password. Please know the minimum password length is 4 letters and numbers and cannot contain some special characters, such as ?, &, !, * and other characters.

I have a new email address. How do I update my Disney account?

After successfully signing in to the Walt Disney World Resort website, please visit the Update Profile section, choose Edit Personal Information and click on the Edit link next to your password.

Please note that an email address may only be associated with one account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. To see if your email address is already registered, please visit our Recover Member Name page.

The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be liable for non-utilization of ticket components or loss of recreational opportunities due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, special events or any circumstances beyond their control.

Guests under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to enter Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks and Disney Quest.
