What is Disney FastPass+ service and how does it work?
Complimentary FastPass+ service lets you reserve advance access from a choice of over 60 designated Walt Disney World theme park attractions and experiences. You can secure up to 3 FastPass+ selections for a single theme park per day of your ticket. To start, you’ll need to link valid theme park admission to your Disney account.
For each day of your theme park visit, once you redeem your initial set of FastPass+ selections (or after the last arrival window has passed), you can make another selection in the same theme park at a FastPass+ kiosk, up to park closing. After you redeem the additional FastPass+ pick, you can make more selections, one at a time.
To access FastPass+ service before you arrive, you will need a Disney account and one of the following:
- Ticket or annual pass – make selections up to 30 days in advance.
- Room and ticket package (at a Disney Resort hotel or Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin Hotel) – start making selections up to 60 days―plus the number of days of your stay―prior to your check-in date.

If you don’t see your tickets on the My Reservations page, manually link your tickets or vacation package to your Disney account. Be sure to add the Guests you will share FastPass+ selections with to your Family & Friends list.
When you are within 30 days of arrival (or 60 days with a Disney Resort hotel or Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin Hotel reservation), go to the FastPass+ page. Pick the date, theme park and party members and finalize your selections. That’s it―you’re ready for fun! At the park, simply enter the FastPass+ line any time during the arrival window.
Plan Ahead or Be Spontaneous―It’s Your Choice
Because FastPass+ availability is limited, we recommend you make your FastPass+ selections early. And since attractions and Character Greetings also have standby lines, don’t forget to use the My Disney Experience mobile app to view real-time wait times during your visit.
Need to Make a Change?
Return to the FastPass+ page to update or cancel your selections. Ask for assistance from the Lobby Concierge at your Disney Resort hotel or at a FastPass+ kiosk in any of the theme parks. Note that kiosks allow FastPass+ selections and updates only for the park in which the kiosk is located.
Have a Ticket with Park Hopper Option?
If your ticket includes the Park Hopper Option, after you use your initial FastPass+ selections at one theme park, you’ll be able to make additional FastPass+ selections (one at a time) at a kiosk located in the second theme park you visit on the same day, up to park closing.
