My Disney Experience – Frequently Asked Questions
Guests, with valid park admission or a Resort hotel reservation linked to their account, can access Disney MagicMobile service through the My Disney Experience app.
In the app:
- Go to Feature Menu Page ☰
- Select Disney MagicMobile
- Follow the prompts to create a Disney MagicMobile pass
- Add your Disney MagicMobile pass to your smart device’s digital wallet.
An eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Android smart device with Bluetooth® technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app is required. Your device must also be compatible with Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Disney MagicMobile features are launching throughout the year.
