How do I get Disney MagicMobile service?
A.

Guests, with valid park admission or a Resort hotel reservation linked to their account, can access Disney MagicMobile service through the My Disney Experience app.

In the app:

  • Go to Feature Menu Page ☰
  • Select Disney MagicMobile
  • Follow the prompts to create a Disney MagicMobile pass
  • Add your Disney MagicMobile pass to your smart device’s digital wallet.

An eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Android smart device with Bluetooth® technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app is required. Your device must also be compatible with Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Disney MagicMobile features are launching throughout the year.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
