I purchased Memory Maker. When can I begin downloading my photos?

A.

With the My Disney Experience Mobile App or by visiting MyDisneyPhotoPass.com, you can begin downloading your Memory Maker photos as soon as they are available in your Disney account—or you can wait until you get home and download them all at once.

Either way, you can download your photos as many times as you like until they expire—currently 45 days after the date the photo was taken.

If you purchased Memory Maker at the advance purchase price, photos taken within 3 days of the date of purchase will not be included in Memory Maker and must be purchased separately.
