If I miss my FastPass+ arrival window, do I lose my opportunity to experience the attraction?

A.

As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the FastPass+ service must be suspended as we plan to use additional queue space to control capacity at our attractions and maintain physical distancing. We will automatically cancel existing FastPass+ selections and share any future updates on the service at a later date.

We understand that things happen that may cause you to miss a FastPass+ attraction arrival window—but don’t worry! If plans change while you’re at the park, you can modify your selections on your mobile device or at a FastPass+ kiosk as long as FastPass+ experiences are still available.

Note that it’s best to make changes to your FastPass+ selection before the start time of the arrival window.

Once you redeem your initial set of FastPass+ selections (or the last arrival window has passed), you can make another FastPass+ selection for the same day at an in-park kiosk or using your mobile device, up to park closing. After you redeem the additional FastPass+ pick, you can make more selections (one at a time). These additional selections are subject to availability.

In addition, you can still use the standby queues available at all operating attractions.

Valid theme park admission is required.
