I invited someone to connect to my Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience, but they did not receive the email invitation. What should I do?

Ask the invitee to check his or her email “junk” filter, as it is possible that their email security settings prevented them from receiving our message.
Next, view your Family & Friends list and double check that their status reads “Invite Pending”. If it does not, select the “Invite” link next to their name to send an invitation. It is possible that our system may have experienced an error.
If their status does read “Invite Pending” and you wish to resend your invitation, select the “Invite Pending” text to do so.
Also, keep in mind that children are unable to accept invitations to connect—their parents or guardians must do so for them.
If you have repeatedly tried to invite someone, and you are unable to do so, please call (407) 939-4357. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
