Family & Friends in My Disney Experience – Frequently Asked Questions

I invited someone to connect to my Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. The person has a status reading "Invitation Declined". What does this status mean?

A.

"Invitation Declined" means your invitation was declined by the person you invited to join your Family & Friends.

If your request was declined and you believe that it should not have been, please double check the email address of the person you are inviting and confirm that it is correct.

If you wish to send another invitation, select the “Invite” link next to the Guest's name on your Family & Friends list.

If you have repeatedly tried to connect to someone, and you’re unable to do so for what you believe are technical reasons, please call (407) 939-4357. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
