I received my MagicBands, and there is something wrong with them. What should I do?

If there is something wrong with your MagicBands—for example if your MagicBands are the wrong color or they are visibly broken—please contact us.
Don’t worry! We’ll try to correct your issue as soon as possible and send you a replacement if necessary. If we cannot replace your MagicBands before you travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.
If you have not yet done so, customize your MagicBand.
Replacement MagicBands may be subject to a fee.
