As an international traveler, do I have to claim my luggage at the airport to use Disney's Magical Express service?

Yes. If the Orlando International Airport is your first point of entry into the United States, please follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim your luggage upon disembarking the airplane.
If you have already completed the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process by entry into the United States through another United States city, proceed directly to baggage claim to claim your luggage, and then, proceed to Disney's Magical Express in Terminal B, Level 1 to board your motorcoach.
Take the train to the Main Terminal Building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney's Magical Express service is located in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before proceeding down to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney’s Magical Express Service, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.
Disney’s Magical Express service no longer provides luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport. Resort Airline Check-In Service is also no longer available.
Your luggage can be loaded onto the motorcoach to travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel.
Luggage assistance will be available at the front of your Disney Resort hotel, including luggage storage and/or transport to the room.
Upon your departure, please ensure your luggage is with you and is loaded onto the motorcoach so you can check it in with your airline once you reach the airport.
Note: Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.
