Some of my Disney PhotoPass photos are missing from my Disney account. What should I do?

A.

Please link all of the MagicBands or cards that you may have used at Disney PhotoPass locations—including your annual pass, park ticket Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass cards.

If you still don’t see your photos, report a missing photo online or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling (407) 560-4300.

Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

View your Disney PhotoPass photos on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.
