I purchased an annual pass before October 4, 2015. How will changes to the Annual Passholder program affect my pass?

A.

Your current pass has not changed and your existing benefits remain valid. Please continue to enjoy your pass as you always have.

When it is time to renew your Passholder status, you will be able to choose one of our great new passes. We have introduced a new set of passes, designed to offer a wider variety of options and entitlements to better fit your needs. Some passes now even include Disney PhotoPass downloads—so your whole family can be in the picture.

  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
