Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions


Which annual passes and Passholders are eligible for the Monthly Payment Program?


The Monthly Payment Program at Walt Disney World Resort is currently available for Florida residents only who purchase the following types of passes:

  • Florida Resident Premium Annual Pass
  • Florida Resident Annual Pass
  • Florida Resident Seasonal Pass
  • Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass
  • Florida Resident Epcot After 4:00 PM Annual Pass

Contract purchaser must be able to provide valid proof of Florida residency and be at least 18 years of age.

  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
