I wish to use Online Check-In. What information do I need to provide online prior to arrival?
Online Check-in – Frequently Asked Questions
You’ll provide the information that you would typically provide to the Front Desk at a Disney Resort hotel during the standard check-in process—including a credit card for incidental charges, arrival time, departure time, the names of the people in your party, room requests (which are subject to availability), home address and mobile phone number. We’ll also ask you to create a 4-digit personal identification number that you—and the other members of your party with charging privileges—will use to verify your identity when you make purchases and use dining entitlements at Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have not already done so and it is within 60 days of your arrival date, begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using Online Check-In on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.
