Some of my Memory Maker photos are missing from my Disney account. What do I do?

A.

Please be sure to link your Memory Maker entitlement to your Disney account and link all of the MagicBands or cards that you may have used at Disney PhotoPass locations—including Memory Maker cards and Disney PhotoPass Cards.

If you still don’t see your photos, contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling (407) 560-4300 or report a missing photo online.

Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
