If I rent a wheelchair or ECV, do I get to keep it for my entire stay?

A.

Wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) rented at most Walt Disney World destinations—including our theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs—are only for one specific location and must be returned before exiting.

Length-of-stay rental tickets are available for a one-time payment, but wheelchairs or ECVs must still be returned before exiting each location.

In addition to our theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs, there are also a limited number of wheelchairs available for rental at select Disney Resort hotels; these rentals can be kept for your entire stay.

  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
